New: Club Affiliate Membership
Mannings Heath Golf and Wine Estate has announced the launch of a new membership scheme which will be known as ‘Affiliate’ membership.
This credit-based system is an off-peak scheme allowing subscribers access to the course after 11am Monday – Friday and after 2pm at weekends.
The intention is to ensure our course is more accessible to busy, ‘time-sensitive’ golfers who might not otherwise have the opportunity to play.
The initial membership is £600 + golf union fees. This provides you with a voucher book to redeem against play on both our Waterfall and Kingfisher course.
Affiliate members will have full playing rights, will be able to hold a club handicap and will benefit from many of the benefits afforded to full members.
Although they will not be able to enter all the competitions which current members have access to, they will be encouraged to get involved with the fun events that we regularly hold and will have their own regular series of competitions when there are suitable numbers.

Golf membership benefits and rates, from unlimited golf on both courses 7 days a week.
Members priority times are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 07.00-10.30. Saturday & Sunday 07.00-13.00.
Benefits range from preferential guest rates and discounts throughout the club to free wine and wine tasting experiences.
About the Waterfall Course
The design of the championship course was influenced by Harry Colt, the great golf course architect responsible for beautiful layouts across the South of England.
Harry’s input has ensured that The Waterfall is a challenging but exciting course which can test even the best of players.
The great Seve Ballesteros drew great crowds when he played a Pro-Am there in 1987, and Gary Player named the 11th hole in his top imaginary 18 holes of the world.
Players love the seclusion and tranquillity. On many holes, you will not see anyone other than your playing partners, and the tree-lined aspect of the course allows for a feeling of complete privacy.
