Your Day Amidst the Vines

08:00 - Warm Welcome: Start your morning with a delightful bacon roll and your choice of freshly brewed tea or coffee, setting the tone for a day of discovery and hands-on learning. 

08:30 - Vineyard Introduction: Head to the vineyards for an introduction to our dedicated team. Learn about the traditional techniques of grape picking and the meticulous care that goes into producing our esteemed wines. 

09:00 - Hands-on Harvesting: Dive into the grape-picking process under the guidance of our skilled vineyard team. Understand the importance of hand harvesting, which ensures the highest quality by allowing us to carefully select the best grapes, ultimately enhancing the wine’s flavour and integrity. 

12:30 - Harvest Table Lunch: After a rewarding morning in the vineyards, return to enjoy a light harvest table lunch. Relish seasonal bites paired with a glass of sparkling wine from Leonarslee Family vineyards.

What you need to know

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking around the vineyard and estate grounds. As weather can be unpredictable, layers are advisable, and we suggest bringing a light jacket or raincoat for cooler or wet weather.

  • We understand that nature takes its own course and perfection cannot be hurried. Should we experience inclement weather, the harvesting event may be slightly delayed. Rest assured; our team will work with you to reschedule your grape picking experience.

  • Travel: Map. Free Car Parking is available on-site.  

    By Rail: Horsham Station  (7-minute journey, from outside the station).
